Rates are net, non-commissionable and include rent of apartment, resort fee, insurance,
internet access, all taxes and VAT.
Maximum capacity of a 1-bedroom apartment is 4 persons. Maximum capacity of a 2-bedroom
apartment is 6 persons. Cleaning – everyday, changing bed linen – on every third day.
