Distances: 300 m from the beach, 1000 meters from the park and just 100 meters from the center of the village Ravda. The village has several restaurants, cafes and traditional tavern with Bulgarian national cuisine. The resort village is small, not noisy, and has all necessary infrastructure. Entertainment for all tastes can be found in the town of Nessebar and Sunny Beach, which are located in close proximity.

The hotel has 10 double rooms, and 4 two-room family suites and apartment for the owner on the top floor. Total number of beds in the hotel - 40. All rooms are elegantly decorated, furnished with the firm "Martineli", Italy, and have a terrace, individually controlled air conditioning, private bathroom (shower + WC), hairdryer, mini-bar (not filled), LCD TV, and WiFi Internet access. The building has 4 floors, all rooms overlook the courtyard with a swimming pool, with two upper floors offer sea view. To the beach - 300 meters, for 2-3 minutes on foot. Eco-friendly beach with fine golden sand, beach umbrellas and sun loungers (charges apply).
Near the hotel – bus station and a small supermarket, ATM. Small parking at the hotel for 4-5 cars, free of charge.
