Apartman je 45m2 na dva sprata sa unutrašnjim stepenicama. Na donjem nivou je prostor od 25m2 sa otvorneom kuhinjom potpuno opremljenom, glavni WC sa tušem i dnevni boravak koji se može koristiti kao dodatni prostor za spavanje na sofi za dve osobe ili dvoje dece. Na gornjem nivou (20m2) je glavna spavaća soba sa duplim krevetom i jednim zasebnim krevetom, TV-om i drugim WC-om sa tušem.
Junior Smeštaj (Bungalov) je studio sa 30m2 prostora za 2 i 3 osobe sa glavnom spavaćom sobom i dnevnim boravkom sa sofom, TV, kupatilom sa tuš kabinom i malom kuhinjom.
