Tasos Resort je vila sa četiri apartmana za iznajmljivanje, u okviru naselja s borovima, palmama i maslinama. Smeštena na idealno mirnom mestu izmeÄ‘u dva poznata turistička mesta, Hanioti i Polichrono na poluostrvu Kassandra na Halkidiki. Ispred vile nalazi se bela pešÄana plaža i duboko modro more. Iz vile "puca" pogled na more i poluostrvo Sithonia.

Apartmani imaju jednu do tri sobe i svi su smešteni u prizemlju. Vila ima vrt, igralište i spoljni tuš. Spoljni prostori su idealni za rekreaciju dece u sigurnom okruženju. Zbog toga apartmane najčešÄ‡e iznajmljuju porodice. U vrtu, gosti mogu koristiti četiri kamena izraÄ‘ena stola s kišobranima i piti osvežavajuće piće, meÄ‘u cvetovima pod palmama koje se nalaze na udaljenosti 15 metara od mora. Osim toga, svaki apartman ima vlastitu verandu / balkon koji gosti mogu koristiti. Konačno, gostima je na raspolaganju odvojeni parking od 1200 kvadratnih metara, besplatni Wi-Fi internet i mašina za pranje veša.

Tasos Resort is a villa with four apartments to rent, within a four square kilometer estate with pines, palms and olives. It is ideally positioned in a serene location in-between two villages, those of Hanioti and Polichrono in Kassandra peninsula, Halkidiki. Right in front of the villa, lies a white sand beach and deep blue sea. The view from the villa is the sea and all of Sithonia peninsula.

The apartments have one to three rooms and are all located in the ground floor. The estate has a garden, playground and outdoor shower. The outdoor premises are ideal for the recreation of the children in a safe environment. For that reason the apartments are mostly rent by families. In the garden, the tenants may use four stone made tables with umbrellas and drink their refreshments among flowers under palm trees sitting at a distance of 15 meters from the sea. In addition, each apartment has its own veranda/ balcony which the tenants may use. Finally, a separate parking space of 1200 square meters, free WI-FI internet, and a washing machine is available to the tenants.

The distance from the villages is one and a half kilometre, of flat road inhabited area, suitable for walking. Following your walk, or bicycle ride to the villages, one may find all kinds of shops like restaurants, taverns, super markets, cafeterias, bars, e.t.c.

Apartmani su kompletno opremljeni klima ureÄ‘ajem u svakoj sobi, satelitskom televizijom, frižiderima, električnom kuhinjom, bojlerom i mikrotalasnom peći. Turisti donose i koriste vlastite setove za čišÄ‡enje i higijenu (potrošni materijal za čišÄ‡enje, sapuni, šampon, peškiri itd.) I obavljaju svakodnevne poslove čišÄ‡enja. Dostupni su i dve mašine za pranje krpa.

Apartman 1 - (50 cm ispod zemlje)
1 soba, salon-kuhinja potpuno opremljena, kupatilo, televizija. Pogled na more i vrt. Može primiti do 5 osoba.
Apartman je 4 koraka niže od visine tla (vrt), a sobe su malo niže od uobičajene. Ima jednu sobu u kojoj se nalazi jedan bračni krevet i jedan singl. U dnevnom boravku-kuhinji nalazi se jedan kauč koji se otvara i može postati krevet. Na istom mestu ima mesta gde možemo staviti još jedan madrac, na zahtev. Sve sobe ovog apartmana imaju pogled ispred vrta i mora.

Apartman 2
3 sobe, 2 kupatila, salon, potpuno opremljena kuhinja, velika terasa s ugraÄ‘enim roštiljem, televizija. Pogled na more i vrt. Može ugostiti do 9 osoba.
Ima jednu veliku verandu. Na verandi je roštilj. Kuhinja, dnevni boravak i veranda imaju prednji pogled na vrt i more. Apartman ima tri sobe. Prva soba ima dva ležaja s mogućnošÄ‡u dodavanja trećeg kreveta za dete. Druga soba ima dva ležaja. Treća soba ima dva kreveta za odrasle. U dnevnoj sobi nalaze se dva velika kauča koji se mogu otvoriti i postati kreveti. Apartman ima dva kupatila.

Apartman 3
1 soba, potpuno opremljena salon-kuhinja, kupatilo, balkon i dodatni prostor na strani vile, televizija. Može boraviti do 4 osoba. Ovaj apartman ima jednu sobu s dva kreveta, jedan dnevni boravak - kuhinja (zajednička) gde se nalaze i dva kreveta i jedno kupatilo. Ove dve prostorije (soba i dnevni boravak - kuhinja) imaju pogled na stranu zgrade. Apartman ima jedan balkon s kojeg možete videti vrt i more.

Apartman 4
2 sobe, 1 kupatilo, predsoblje, potpuno opremljena kuhinja, velika terasa na strani vile s pogledom na more i vrt, televiziju. Može smestiti do 6 osoba.
Ima dve sobe. Jedna soba ima tri ležaja, a druga soba ima dva ležaja. Ako je potrebno, možemo staviti šesti krevet u hodnik. Ima kuhinju i kupatilo. Veranda ovog apartmana ima dva stola s velikim kišobranima, gde možete sesti i videti vrt i more.

The apartments are fully equipped with air-conditioning at every room, satellite television, refrigerators, electric kitchen, hot water heater and microwave oven. The tenants bring and use their own cleaning and hygiene sets (cleaning consumables, soaps, shampoo, towels etc) and perform the day by day cleaning tasks. Two cloth washing machines are also available for use.

Apartment 1 - (50 cm under the ground level)
1 room, salon-kitchen fully equipped, bathroom, television. Sea and garden view. Accommodates up to 5 persons.
The apartment is 4 steps lower from the level of the ground (garden) and rooms are a little lower in height from the usual. It has one room where there is one double bed and a single one. In the living room-kitchen there is one couch which opens and can become a bed. In the same place there is space where we can put one more mattress, if we are asked to do so. All the rooms of this apartment have view in front to the garden and the sea.

Apartment 2
3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, salon, fully equipped kitchen, wide terrace with built barbecue, television. Sea and garden view. Accommodates up to 9 persons.
It has one big veranda. In the veranda there is a barbecue. The kitchen, the living room and the veranda have a front view to the garden and the sea. The apartment has three rooms. The first room has two beds with the possibility to add a third bed for a child. The second room has two beds. The third room has two beds for grown ups. In the living room there are two big couches which can open and become beds. The apartment has two bathrooms.

Apartment 3
1 room, salon-kitchen fully equipped, bathroom, balcony and additional space in the side of the villa, television. Accommodates up to 4 persons. This apartment has one room with two beds, one living room-kitchen (joint) where there are also two beds available and one bathroom. These two spaces (room and living room-kitchen) have a view to the side of the building. The apartment has one balcony from where you can see the garden and the sea.

Apartment 4
2 rooms, 1 bathroom, hall, fully equipped kitchen, wide terrace at the side of the villa with sea and garden view, television. Accommodates up to 6 persons.
It has two rooms. The one room has three beds and the other room has two beds. If necessary, we can put a sixth bed in the hall. It has a kitchen and a bathroom. The veranda of this apartment has two tables with big umbrellas, where you can sit and see the garden and the sea.

Do resorta Tasos dolazite autoputem iz Thessaloniki za Nea Moudania na Hlakidikiju, tacnije Kassandra poluostrvo. Morate proći mesta Kalithea, Kriopigii Polichrono. Nakon 950 metrara posle drugog semafora kod Polichrono-a, morate skrenuti levo a posle 50 metara skrenete desno na paralelni put sa kojeg ćete nakon ~1km ugledati vilu sa vaše leve strane.

In order to reach the resort, guests should follow the highway road from Thessaloniki to Nea Moudania of Halkidiki and enter the Kassandra peninsula (foot). They must pass the villages of Kalithea, Kriopigi and Polichrono. 950 metres after the second traffic light of Polichrono, the guests must turn to the left. Then after 50 metres turn to the right and enter the parallel county road. The villa will be seen on the left hand after about 1 kilometre.
