It is situated on an oak and olive trees hill in Ageranos, Gythion, between the picturesque Gythio and the stone-built Areopolis, with a wonderful view from the one side to the beach of Vathi and from the other side to the magnificent mountain of Taygetus.
It is located 1500m from the golden sandy beach of Vathi with the picturesque tavernas.
Usluge
Kuća se sastoji od dve etaže. Nadzemno prizemlje (134m2) sastoji se od dve velike spavaće sobe, jedna s braÄnim krevetom, druga s dva kreveta za jednu osobu, sa izlazom na malu verandu i zajednickim kupatilom. Dnevni boravak ima veliku verandu s pogledom na more i malu terasu s pogledom na planinu Taygetus. UgraÄ‘ena kuhinja, koja je potpuno opremljena, ima i malu terasu. Na svim verandama i terasama stoje na raspolaganju stolovi i stolice.
Na gornjoj etaži kuće (42m2) pristupa se udobnim stepenistem poploÄanim ploÄicama i drvenom ruÄkom. Tu se nalazi i dvokrevetna spavaća soba, kao i jedan krevet s vlastitim kupatilom. Soba ima balkon s panoramskim pogledom na zaliv Vathi.
Tu je još jedan mali stan 35 m2 smešten u podrumu kuće na raspolaganju gostima na zahtev.
Može se smestiti još tri osobe uz doplatu od 50 eura / dan. Sastoji se od male dvorane s ugraÄ‘enom kuhinjom i krevetom te velike spavaće sobe s braÄnim krevetom. Okružen je terasom u predivnom vrtu.

The house consists of two levels. The overhead ground floor (134m2) consists of two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, looking at a small veranda and sharing the bathroom. Moreover, a large living room is separated from the kitchen, the dining area and the bedrooms by large stone arches. The living room has a large veranda overlooking the sea and a small terrace overlooking the Taygetus Mountain. The built-in kitchen, which is fully equipped, has also a small terrace. On all the verandas and terraces tables and chairs are available.
The upper floor of the house (42m2) is accessed by a comfortable staircase paved with tiles and a wooden handle. A double bed bedroom is situated there as well as a single bed with an en-suite bathroom. The room has a balcony with a panoramic view to Vathi gulf.
There is also another small apartment 35 m2 located on the basement of the house available to the guests under request.
It can accommodate three more people with an extra charge of 50 euros/day. It consists of a small hall with a built in kitchen and a bed and a big bedroom with a double bed. It is surrounded by a terrace in the beautiful garden.
