Villa Meli na ostrvu Lefkada je tradicionalna vila napravljena isključivo od lokalnog kamena i drveta. Zvanično uvedena kao očuvano zdanje ova vila čuva istoriju koja datira iz 19. veka. Više od pet generacija u nazad je ova vila dom. Nedavno je kuća obnovljena zadržavajući naviše standarde i kvalitete poštujući tradicionalnu arhitekturu i prirodno okruženje.

Kao kod svih vrhunskih uraÄ‘enih enterijera, i ovde se vodilo računa o detaljima koji oslikavaju kobinaciju rustikalne autentičnosti sa modernim sadržajima. Istaknute grede, visoki stupovi, drveni podovi, antikviteti i jedinstveni kreveti od kovanog gvožđa su detalji koji daju vili istinski profinjeni karakter. Veliko dvorište sa starim orahovim drvetom, veliki ugraÄ‘eni roštilj sa strane i niz detalja čine jednu skoro pa perfektni sklop za jedan relaksirajući odmor.

"Meli", svoje ime duguje grčkoj reči za proizvod po kome je ovo ostrvsko mesto poznato a to je "med". Sa samo nekoliko kuća, jedna taverna koja pruža domaće specijalitete u prekrasnom ambijentu polja i planine, selo Dragano nudi beg u nekomercijalni i netaknuti deo Lefkas ostrva. Selo ima jedinstven položaj nalazeći se uz neke od najpoznatijih, dugih i pešÄanih plaža na Mediteranu, kao što su Porto Katsiki i Egremni i Gialos i to u roku od 10 min udaljenosti!

Meli nudi idealan odabir za one koji žele kombinovati jedrenje, veslanje i jedrenje na dasci a u vremenu odmora borave u vili uživajući u miru i opuštajućem okruženju. Villa Meli in Lefkada island is a traditional mansion made exclusively from local stone and wood. Officially recognized as a preserved building, it carries with it a history which dates back to the 19th century. More than that, Meli is steeped in sentiment, having been a home for the same family for over five generations. They recently restored and decorated the house, ensuring that the highest standards and quality were maintained, while respecting and honouring the traditional architecture and natural surroundings.

The attention to detail is evident in all the superbly-decorated interiors which combine rustic authenticity with all-modern amenities. Exposed beams, high ceilings, wooden floors, antiques, and unique wrought-iron beds give the mansion the character and feel of a genuinely refined and elegant country house. A large courtyard with an old walnut tree, a traditional wood burning oven and a large built-in barbeque to the side, create exquisite sitting and dining areas with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.      
    

“Meli”, owes its name to the Greek word for the produce which the hamlet is renowned for, that being “honey”. With just a few homes, one taverna providing home-made local delicacies and beautiful surroundings of fields and mountains, the village of Dragano offers a private escape to an uncommercialized and unspoilt region of Lefkas island. The village benefits from its privileged location, next to some of the most famous, long, sandy beaches in the Mediterranean such as Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Gialos and it is within 10 mins distance from numerous more beaches!

Meli offers an ideal proposition for those wishing to combine sailing, boating or windsurfing holidays with staying in a truly original villa, enjoying the tranquility, calmness and relaxation of the environment. For those who wish to explore nature a little further, there is an endless selection of hiking and mountain biking paths (four mountain bikes are offered). For those who wish to keep up with their electronic interests, complimentary Wi Fi internet access and laptop is offered.

Vila se iznajmljuje prvenstveno kao celina, ali može se iznajmiti po sobi u odreÄ‘enim razdobljima u godini. Sastoji se od tri samostalne i prostrane spavaće sobe ukusno ureÄ‘ene sa svetlim bojama i antičkih nameštaja, svaki sa en-suite kupatilom, u jednoj je i jacuzzi kadu. Sve sobe imaju satelitsku TV, dizajnirane pokrivače, fen za kosu, kozmetičke preparate, mali frižider. Tu je klima ureÄ‘aj, centralno grejanje i Wi Fi internet priključak u celoj vili. Laptop ukoliko nemate svoj. Kada se iznajmljuje kao celina, vila može smestiti do deset osoba.

Glavni ulaz vodi ka gornjem spratu, gde su sve tri spavaće sobe. Velike drvene stepenice vode dole u veliki dnevni boravak s kaminom. To je idealno mesto za opuštanje, slušanje muzike, gledanje DVD-a ili samo čitanje knjige. U prizemlju je stol, WC, trepezarija i potpuno opremljena kuhinja u rustikalnom maniru.

Soba Rodia
Glavna spavaća soba, izuzetno prostrana. Njen tradicionalni drveni namještaj, gvožđem okovani krevet i posteljina bela, stvaraju idiličnu atmosferu.
Prostrano kupatilo ima dva umivaonika i jacuzzi kadu koja će učiniti vaš boravak ovde ugodnijim.

The mansion is rented primarily as a whole, but it may also be rented by room at certain periods of the year. It has three independent and spacious bedrooms tastefully decorated with light colours and antique pieces, each with en-suite bathroom, one of which includes a jacuzzi bathtub. All bedrooms have satellite TV, designer matresses, hairdryer, face & body treatment items, small fridge. There is air conditioning, central heating and Wi Fi internet connection throughout the mansion. A laptop is provided for your convenience. When rented as a whole, the mansion can accommodate up to ten guests.

The main entrance leads directly to the top floor where all three bedrooms are located. A large wooden staircase leads down to an open plan living room with an inviting fireplace. This is the ideal place to relax, listen to the music, watch a DVD or just read a book. The ground floor also features a desk area, WC, dining area and a fully equipped rustic kitchen.

Room Rodia
The master bedroom of the residence is extremely spacious. Its traditional wooden furniture, iron-forged bed and white linen create an idyllic atmosphere.
The spacious bathroom has two sinks and a jacuzzi bathtub that will make your stay here more pleasant.
