“Pefka” in the village of Vassilikos on the southwestern side of Zakynthos will impress all those who wish to find themselves close to nature, together with idyllic scenery and the hospitality of a small Greek village. Despite the fast growing development its tourism over the past 20 years, Zakynthos has managed to hold on to a substantial part of its traditions.
We, as a family keep a small farm with animals, which we rear with organic methods. We produce the well know Zakynthian “Ladotiri”, that is made in a unique way using ewe’s milk. Our 17,000 square meters of olive groves provide a unique quality of olive oil that you can taste in our taverna or purchase to take home.
Vassilikos maintains its traditional character; the area has remained un-spoilt by the recent leap in the islands’ commercial tourism, an ideal location for true peace and relaxation. Villas will impress from the first instance. With a backdrop of the sea and the mountain, and surrounded by lush green gardens, with the pine trees providing the last brush strokes on the canvas. The traditional Zakynthian hospitality and personal care of the owners create a permanent feel of well being.
Usluge
U ponudi Pefka grupe su dva zasebna objekta. Prvi objekat cine dve ville, svaka na zasebnom spratu, dok drugi objekat sadrzi dva studio apartmana.
Ville
Vile su površine 80m2 i mogu da prime do 6 osoba. Sadrže kuhinju koja je u sklopu sa dnevnim boravkom, zatim, tu su i dve spavaće sobe. Kuhinje su potpuno opremljene (elektriÄni šporet, frižider, toster...) sa mini barom. Jedna spavaća soba ima dupli krevet dok druga ima dva odvojena kreveta. Svako kupatilo ima svoj wc sa kadom, garderoberom i klima uredjajem. Vile imaju svoje balkone okrenute ka istoku sa kojih se pruža prelep pogled na planine i more. TV, DVD, fen za kosu, pegla, peškiri a ÄišÄ‡enje je na svaka dva dana.
Studi Apartmani
Studia su površine 25m2 i sarže kuhinju sa prostorom za ruÄavanje, dva kreveta i wc sa tušem. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena sa frižiderom, tosterom, loncem za kuvanje i svim ostalim neophodnim kuhinjskim elementima a tu je i mini bar. Studio apartmani imaju svoje verande. Jedan studio ima verandu sa pogledom na more i planine dok drugi ima pogled na bazen i baštu. TakoÄ‘e su klimatizovani, TV sa satelitskim programom, fen za kosu, pegla, peškiri i topla voda. Generalno ÄišÄ‡enje je na svaka dva dana.

The "Pefka" group consists of two buildings, the first is a two story building providing two villas, one on each floor, while the second single story building contains two studios.
Villas
Villas are all 80sqm and they can accommodate up to six persons. They all have kitchen with living area and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, toaster, kettle, all necessary cooking utensils and a mini bar. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two singles. Each bedroom has its own WC with bath and built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. Villas have balconies that face east with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. They also provide air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, hairdryer, iron, towels, and constant hot water. General cleaning every two days.
Studios
The studios are 25sqm and provide upright kitchen with serving area, two single beds and a WC with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, toaster, kettle all the necessary cooking utensils and a mini bar. The studios have a verandah, one with views of the sea and mountains and the other with views of the pool and gardens. They also have air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, hairdryer, iron, towels and constant hot water. General cleaning every two days.
Na samo 30 metara od kompleksa Pefka, u arhitektonsko tradicionalnoj kući, okružena borovim drvećem nalazi se restoran "O Babis" u kome možete naruÄiti najbolje lokalna jela. Sa iskustvom koje datira joÅ¡ od 1976 godine i sa sastojcima hrane koje sami vlasnici proizvode (većinu njih) u ovom restoranu zaista možete obedovati neÅ¡to Å¡to do sada niste probali!!!

Just 30m from "Pefka", in a building of traditional architecture and surrounded by pine trees is the restaurant "O Babis", which has provided locals and guests with unforgettable gastronomic experiences since 1976. The cooking is combination of talent and inspiration. It is based on the good quality of materials and the genuine traditional recipes that years now keep in high levels the taste. Many from these ingredients are our own biological product. The menu consists of a selection of meze – tasters, which invite you to try them with rich sauces and fresh vegetables, and main dishes that will delight even the choosiest of palettes, not forgetting the specialties of local chicken and rabbit stew. The wine cellar consists of a range of local wines and many fine labels. Good food is well accompanied by a range of desserts that are sure to impress.
