It`s size is 54 square metres and it is double oriented with two rooms. It reflects a modern design and comfortability. In the living-room there is a comfortable sofa-bed that can easily be converted into a large double bed 160x200 sized. In the bedroom there are two beds that can be combined together if necessary. Both rooms have French balconies. There are a kitchen and a dining-room with a balcony and a view to the yard in the second part of the apartment. It is air-conditioned, equipped with Internet, cable TV, LCD and interphone.
