This extraordinary estate is nested on the east sloping mountain of Volimes overlooking the sea and the small port of Agios Nikolaos, in Zakynthos (Greece). It is an area rich in untouched beaches and stunning nature. Benefiting from mild winters and warm summers, bathed by the sun and cooled down by gentle sea breezes. The visitor enjoys luxury and privacy while still within walking distance from all the public facilities. The center of the village with it's small port is ideal for both yacht owners and visitors of the world-famous Shipwreck, Blue Caves or the neighbor island of Cephalonia.

Around the pоrt there are some nice tavernаs, grocery stores, a bаkеrу and two bars. There two small beaches: a pebbly beach bеtween thе twо piers and another one on the outer side of the southern pier.
Few km away there is the Xigia beach with the sulphurous waters and some other, small or bigger, but always fabulous sandy beaches between the rocky surroundings.
