Dve spavaće sobe, sa odovojenim krevetima, svaka sa balkonom, u jednoj su tri kreveta u drugoj dva su na spratu  i pružaju spektakularan pogleda na reku, baštu i planine. Vila sadrži kuhinju, kupatilo i hodnik u nivou zemlje, sve ukupno površine 100m2. Spolja je terasa koja ima garnituru za sedenje, ležaljke i BBQ. Terasa vodi u veliku baštu koja sadži bazen i igralište za decu na travi.
Sam Preddvor je ispunjen restoranima, barovima i wellness centrima kao i interesantnim istoriskim sadržajem, stazama za šetnju ili planinarskim rutama. Plaža na jezeru Crnava i šumska staza sa 29 egzotičnih vrsta drveta su na samo 10 minuta od vile

Comfortable 2 bedrooms, 5 beds chalet is located in the tourist village Preddvor in Gorenjska, Upper Carniola, Slovenia. The spacious living area includes a large open plan dining room for six people, comfortable lounge for six people and wood burner for winter romantic evenings. Two bedrooms, all single beds, each with balcony, sleeps three in one and two in second room are located on the first floor and offer spectacular river, garden and mountain views. The riverside chalet has kitchen, bathroom and hall on the ground floor as the living area in total 100m2. Outside, the terrace has dining furniture, sun-beds and a BBQ. The terrace leads into large garden which feature a private pool and a children's play area on the grass. Preddvor itself is packed with restaurants, bars and wellness centre as well as plenty of places of historical interest, hiking and mountaineering to various tours. A beach at Lake Crnava and a forest footpath with 29 exotic trees are located within 10 min walk.

Okolina:
Atrakcija ove prelepe vile pored reke je očaravajuća okolina u kojoj gost može da uživa. Prelepa bašta, privatni bazen i reka koja teče pored daje Vam priliku da se opustite i uživateu bašti celog dana.

Bašta
Vila je okružena sa 600m2 predivnom baštom sa cvetajućim grmljem, cvećem i trešnjinim drvetom.

Bazen
Bazen se nalazi iza vile i idealan je za decu i celu porodicu. Ima dosta prostora oko bazena za sunčanje sa stolicama i suncobranima. ÄŒista reka Kokra iza kuće daje planinski osećaj ispunjavajući vazduh mrmorom i mirisom sveže vode. Prilaz reci je iz bašte ili sa mosta blizu vile. Leti se deca kupaju u reci ili skaču sa mosta u reku.

A special attraction of this riverside chalet (alpine villa) is the glorious outdoor life that its guests can enjoy. Fabulous garden, private pool at the river side gives you opportunity to relax and live in the garden all day.

Garden
The chalet (alpine villa) is surrounded by a 600 square meters of garden filled with blooming bushes, flowers all around and the cherry tree.

Pool
A pool in a private position behind the villa is ideal for children and for the whole family. Plenty of sunbathing space around the pool is provided with deck chairs and sun umbrellas. The clean river Kokra behind the house provides a lovely mountainous feel, murmur of fresh water and scented air with nature all around. The river is accessible from the garden or from the bridge near the villa. At summer time children swim or jump from the bridge to the river.

Parking
There is parking for two cars in the grounds of the house.

Pets are accepted.
